Loving Attitude Era mode. Brings so many great memories back. If they didn't even bother with the current stuff and just made a full on WWE Attitude Era game it'd still sell like hot cakes i reckon.
hate that i've had my copy for over a day now and it hasn't seen the inside of my system yet 
still not sure who to pick as my first character to play a quick match with either....too many epic guns to choose from!

There's not alot of variety from the ones already unlocked.

Holy **** Attitude mode is amazing, so good to relive all these great moments, except a lot of them are slightly different to the way they played out in real life which annoys me a tiny bit.

Yeah not much choice at all to start with. Was just even more reason to dive straight into Attitude.

As posted on the wrestling board - finding im playing this more than A-Creed 3, and for a WWE game that's saying something.
Attitude Era is awesome, lots of fun and easily best career mode by far. Very small gripe is that bits were altered though, such as Kane vs Austin @ KOTR, and Foley's first title win (JR repeating verbatim what Cole said the same night, no idea why they couldn't use him to repeat his lines)
That being said, the amount of content in the game and themes used was great, and the match objectives keep it from becoming tedious.
Finally THQ pull their fingers out, rosters still not being completely up to date (which should be an easily fixable issue) prevents it from being a 10/10 game.

Playing the Kane vs Austin First Blood match at KOTR and I have no idea what the hell I'm supposed to do to trigger the Attitude moment.
Mankind has come out with a chair and thrown both sets of steel steps in the ring and I'm not sure how I'm supposed to trigger it.

attitude era mode is ****ing amazing!
the match objectives really do keep the game fresh trying to re-create the match out the way it happened in the past. definitely keeps it from being just your stock standard wrestling game where you end up just doing the same moves and same finishes times after time.
really glad i didn't skip this one, even if i am bloody horrible at it

i've been umming and ahhing over this because 1) i dont watch wwe anymore and 2) 12 was a pretty eh effort. how much better is 13? attitude era sounds fantastic, but is there much outside it? universe mode, season mode, the like?

Finished Attitude Era last night. Great mode of play, some objectives were annoying, especially waiting for the Attitude Moments to trigger in certain points (Rock Vs Stone Cold at WM15 i must've played for about 15 minutes before i figured it out). But overall the objectives were a great addition and like Camo said, they keep the mode fresh rather than it just being, beat this guy, now beat this guy, now beat this guy, uh oh cut scene, you got screwed, now get revenge. Last year's RTWM got very repetitive, especially all those backstage brawls in the WCW story, but they definitely worked a way around that this year.
Apart from a quick look through caw, i haven't looked at anything other than Attitude Mode thus far, so tonight i guess i'll dive into Universe mode (once i've spent the obligatory 5 hours creating a caw/entrance/moveset). Will probably have a good look at what's changed in the other creation modes too, especially arenas.
