How can they on by far not the worst performance against the Doggies and 12 minutes of Footy last weekend? He had a ripper NAB cup and more importantly is in my Supercaoch team and I've already used my two trades!

Because youngish players sometimes get omitted for a rest. Took 15 rounds for posters here to get their heads around that last year. Looks like we have to start all over again.

Exactly. Third best against the Dogs. Unfairly chosen as SUB against Adelaide.. won't be fair if he's dropped - but I see it happening.

Imagine if the club had rewarded his effort in the 2s and focused on what he brings to the team rather than what he lacked. I have been involved selection panels where Aboriginal footballers are crucified for what they can't do over what they can do!

Proud had talent but he was in a team at the wrong time. how old is he now and where is he?

I think we are all looking forward to how Polec will go against players who he has had as long in the system as... sort of.

I would like to see the following:

Outs: Beams, McGrath, Polkinghorne
Ins: McKeever, Mayes, Harwood

I know McKeever has been playing mostly up forward in the ressies but I think we need some help down back and looking at the last ressies match he is the best option. Him being able to play both ends would be helpful as well I think.

Provided Harwood is eligible for selection he should come in. He is an AFL quality player and he would be handy against the GC.

Mayes provides good pace and run in the linking roles and is dangerous up forward. He is not terrible on ball either. McGrath and Polkinghorne have added nothing the first two weeks and it is time to give some of the younger guys a go. Make the older blokes show that they deserve a spot for a change.

I could live with this. Harwood has earn't his spot, Mayes is the future while worth a spot now, & McK not only fills a need, but has shown the growth in his game to deserve recognition.

Polec and Mayes will add some silk and give us some good ball use on the outside if Richy gets shut down again.

But we're all sick and tired of the irrational outbursts and tantrum chucking - we'll take it as a sign that you've lost the plot temporarily and give you a day off to cool down.

Well I'm personally excited to see Mayes and Polec.

These are 2 players that we need to get going if we want to be serious at making finals next year.

Bit upset to see Lester dropped, good to see McKeev's back as well.

I am pumped to see how Mayes and Polec go. I'd say one of those 2 will be the sub. Wouldn't mind McGrath to be sub though. Glad we picked a 3rd tall because while Lester gives his all he isn't up for that role.

I am not sure what the go is with Karnezis. Maybe they are resting him and maybe they are dropping him. Thought giving him a couple of games in a row then resting him would be more likely so I'd say he has been dropped.
