Noticed this as well, thought it was odd. Guess they couldn't bring themselves to say anything nice so they cut them out completely.

Interesting reading about the 2 endings, the end of the show looked pretty fake and that explains it, they were shooting 2 versions and no one had real excitement because they didnt know which was real
Which also makes you wonder whether they just went with the version that they preferred after the show has aired, i.e which couple were more popular or make the better story
Interesting. Is there an article about this?
Neither couple knows who has won the competition as two alternative endings were filmed so they have to wait for the outcome with the rest of the nation.
I was pretty sure Jake and Elle were going to win. Happy with the result though

That's odd... so did the scores remain the same? I don't quite understand the need to film two alternative endings. Couldn't they come back just to film the end like they used to do on Masterchef?
Pretty lucky both teams brought their A-game with minimal mistakes.
For some reason I can't like this. But I like itI get the feeling they would have been a hell of a lot more brutal on Dan and Steph's dry fish sausage and Jake and Elle's dry duck earlier in the comp. Would look silly if they got to the grand final and the scores from the judges didn't improve to reflect that. Ending the season on a high is the best result for the producers.

Sydney poached it

The bad spelling one is going to get a good workout I reckon.lol these new post ratings are going to end badly
