How about a simple black beanie with PAFC on the front and 1870 on the back? On the fold up bits..

I've never really liked any of the beanies I've seen.

And a Port Adelaide dartboard! The only place I can seem to find them is on ebay. And if I'm going to buy Port merch, I'd rather spend my hard earned directly at the club.

i saw that one, but i wasn't really impressed.. i think they could do more with it you know? retro style stuff is selling like hot cakes, too.

The 'fist device' is horrific when taken from inside the logo. Some of the shit we used to sell - and probably still do - with it as a standalone on shirts, jackets and jumpers looked putrid.

We should definitely look to baseball for monogram merch ideas. I'd love some monogram based tshirts and jackets.

Yes, agree, as long as they're designed for adults and don't look embarrassing. Not necessarily referring to our club regarding embarrassing, but there's a lot of childish looking AFL merchandise out there.

Hats as well, would love various styles of hats.

There's nothing wrong with the logo, why change what isn't broken? Maybe change Power to PAFC, but then again that's a little disrespectful to the magpies who we are trying to rebuild a shared image with.

I've said it before and I'll say it again. We don't need a logo change per se, but rather we need to adopt a logo that unifies us as one club.

A slightly more modernised version of our current logo would be a rather expensive exercise and isn't exactly necessary, although I'm not against the idea.

Personally, for next year, I'd like to see the monogram used on more pieces, used like a secondary logo of sorts. I think it was either finbarr or tribey who had the idea of a beanie with it on there, looked all class from what I can remember.

I'd also like to see us wear a pre-season guernsey. Clubs such as Richmond and Western Bulldogs do it with great success. I'd suggest either a silver based or a teal based guernsey, such as what I've mocked up just below. We don't have to look like pansies during the premiership season, but at least we can sell some more guernseys and make some more cash.

To nitpick would prefer a teal + white V as I think all silver/black/white looks too dull. Either that or get rid of the white and a teal + black V. Would love a majority silver either which way, just think it needs a colour to liven it up a little
