Home/Clash jumpers. No POWER logo on the front and no 1870 above the numbers on the back. While these are nice touches, their removal just cleans it up a little and makes it look crisp and classy. Thoughts?

I personally love the 1870 on the back and believe it should stay there forever. I quite like the logo on the chest too.

A small range maybe 3-4 T shirts with pictures of "big and little moments" from 2013. Westhoff's boot kicking that goal in the final for one thing. A freeze frame of Monfries "ball of the century" in the Showdown as it hits the ground to bounce "correctly" as the Universe commanded it to. The mad look you see on Wines face sometimes when he's getting a clearance out.

Stuff like that that's a little outside of every other bloody usual footy cliche ... and encourages people to "collect the whole set". Never mind growing the pie just eat a few more !

Tag the pics with something like "Never, Ever Give Up" and vintage them (label with a year). We do need to "develop" that slogan now that it's the new baseline. Aaand we just made a line of collectible, hopefully tradable T-shirts.

Take one of the ISC logos off too: neck v or the bottom right. No need for it to be there twice.

I feel the logo over the heart is a nice touch. As for the 1870 on the back, I love it as a big FU to the SANFL and the Crowbots, they tried to kill us off, they tried to separate our club for its heritage, it's a sign of strength!

White back panel on the current home jumper would look utterly ridiculous. People really need to get over this 'Prison Bars' via stealth fascination and leave the home jumper exactly as it is.

Other clubs have gone to the trouble of adding names above jumpers, much like in soccer. This is mainly a kid directive, as they all have their favourite player and whatnot, but I think it'd be a good idea. Personally I wouldn't get it, but... you know. It may be slightly difficult for us with the 1870* already above the numbers, but... you know.

*Our logo should be the PA monogram with 1870 underneath it so we don't even need to put it on the back.

Yes this is good because my son has the number 4 on his guernsey about Gav and Mots but now it is Renouf and I keep thinking if it had Wanganeen's name it would explain it better.

Why would anyone want to change the best home and clash kits in the comp? Leave them alone.

Part of building a successful club off field is to maintain a strong brand image. Part of that is what our club wears. If we keep chopping and changing, the brand is weaker.

This isn't Manchester United who has hundreds of millions of "fans" around the world, tens of millions of whom will go out and buy the latest update to what Man Utd wear on the pitch.

This is Australia, the AFL, with a limited market.

If we are going to be one of the big clubs in the AFL, we need a brand that fans can get behind and not worry if they'll need to update part of their wardrobe every few seasons.

The current kit we have is good. Good enough to be our next "prison bars".


Merchandise wise we need better beanies. Said it before I'll say it again. Bring out some beanies along the lines of the LA or NY type.

Less thunder bolts, less teal, more black and white, our two main colours.
