My understanding was that Roos was not meant to bring in instant success but have two years to re-structure the team and lay the foundations for future success. Give it time. Years of screwing with the players' heads re: messing up field positions to tank, corrupt decision makers and the Neeld disaster is going to take one hell of an effort to fix up. Roos is more than capable and you have the talent to turn things around.
