David Hale - I think he is genuinely underrated, generally evens the ruck contest against higher rated opponents, manages to take important marks and kick important goals. I was dead against the Hawks trading for him, now the "Hailstorm" is a fave.

Did you actually read my post? I, as a Port supporter, mentioned Sloane as I can't comprehended why he isn't the captain of the crows. It's almost like he is unappreciated/underrated by the Crows hierarchy.

Just because neutral/rival fans don't rate Dustin Martin as highly Richmond fans do, doesn't subsequently make him underrated. Quite the contrary in fact.

Very interesting name to throw up, really really good player, doesn't get the recognition he deserves due to the ....thinking of the right word....unnecessary acts, I think best describes it, I think he is very underrated, but he is hard to rate because he is hard to like or respect (for his footy talents).

Ben Cunnington.. fact he was bog against the highly rated port midfield and bog against the swans sums it up. People will start to notice him soon.
A couple from the opposition clubs we have played this year that I have noticed include Schulz (known this for a while always towels us up), Nick Smith and Ben Howlett.

I think most people would have Mitchell in their top 5 - 10. Seems to go pretty well in the top 50 from Mike Sheahan too. He's genuinely respected as one of the best in the game at the moment.
