Higgins -> Parker (which is interesting as he isn't exactly "cheap" either)

Kade scored 51 and 86 against Geelong and Hawthorn respectively last year. He has shown an inability to handle a tag in the past and after two games of 36+ disposals and 10+ marks I'd be shocked if he doesn't start coping attention...

At his current price there are better value trades currently in play IMO.

And I'd say rank is a decent way of measuring your performance this year and as a result your general trading history.

Thoughts on Franklin or Chappy in this week?

Franklin has a pretty low BE and I will probably go Fasolo to Chappy next week anyway but how do we think Buddy will go against the Cats? Without Lonegran I think he'll atleast get 100.

You sure about that? Kade has been the picture of consistency, don't even think he's gone below 80 yet. Been hands down the pick of the season for me. He's been playing that lovely roving halfback role (at least I think? from the games I've seen), who would they even put on him? Maybe Guthrie? I can't see much attention being applied tbh, surely not so much to majorly constrict scoring

Haha I'm not saying that, of course everyone is. Did you expect Gaz to hit that 70odd? I surely didn't I had the C on him. Kade is in great form and bringing him in now is warranted. That's what I'm getting at, not trying start an argument or something

No arguments here, just discussion! He is in great form and if you have the cash and nothing else to do he is looking like he will continue to be a top 6 backmen for the year. But at his current price, and his upcoming fixture, I feel like there are better value for money trades on the table. If money and number of trades weren't issues he would be in my side this week.

Nobody is saying Kade wasn't an awesome pick or how cosistent he has been. But you can't criticise if someone wants to see if they get cheaper before bringing them in. They might be league players and still want them for finals and be sitting in a good position right now so don't want to pay full price right now.

Brisbane are not tagging at all this season. So many gun midfielders are getting monster scores against us that I will consider Simpson as captain this week.

It's my AFL Fantasy team. I have no idea, just been trading trying to get 18 on the field every week during the byes and ended up with that.
Having said that, I'm ranked 631 in SC and 335 in RDT with similar crap teams. Even arsed the weekly $500 prize in RDT with a 2453 in Rd5.

Still need help with my trades though. Can't rely on luck forever.

That's not a rabble, a pretty good team with a couple odd selections.
For comparison, I'm ranked at 617 without Gaz, Pendles, Swan, SJ, Ebert or Heppell

Can't be bothered getting their BEs, but maybe trade Cloke, Fasolo or Billings to Claye Beams. I think he's a good downgrade target. Or spare some cash and keep your DPP link by going to Shenton.
Then you've got loads of options to trade one of your mid pricers to a premium.
