For 2 months it's been clear that they needed a CB, a DM and another striker yet Wenger came out and said time after time that they didn't need to and weren't going to buy anyone else this window. Then in the final minutes they panic buy someone like Welbeck anyway?

Doesn't seem like a smart move to me, I know Arsenal supporters were worried about relying on Sanogo until January but Welbeck wouldn't exactly fill me with confidence either.
