He certainly is. Is he Buddy's player manager?
Yeah he manages Buddy, Ablett, Boyd, Aish, Pendlebury(I think) and Greendwood, Dane Swan, Trent McKenzie, Ryan Bastinac, Jack Riewoldt, and Daniel Talia are all managed by Pickering/Pitcher who both work very closely with each other.

Shopping Buddy to Sydney shortly after Hawthorn lost the ground final to them was a disgrace. While Hawthorn players were in post GF mourning, Buddy and Pickering were like show us the money. Both scumbags.

Don't believe ANY of what you hear playing out in the media. It's all gamesmanship by managers and teams at the moment, leaking inaccurate info.
Correct - we never heard anything about Eddie Betts till it all got very close, yet they were doing work behind the scenes from about May (and probably scouting him a lot earlier than that).
Remember, the club doesn't organise something with James Aish and the next day ring up the Rooch to let him know....
There's stuff happening and the fact is, Pickers is manipulating the media to extract the most $$$.

Rubbish, it's more attractive for the media to speculate and report on a VIC team luring a talented SA kid to Melbourne than it is for Crows or Port to be speaking to him. The VIC's don't care if Aish is taking to the Crows because it is to be expected.

I wonder if there is anything to the timing of an article coming out that Aish met with Carlton on the Gold Coast, a couple days before the Crows arrived on the Gold Coast.
Why would Aish drive down to the Gold Coast to meet Carlton? wouldn't Carlton drive to Brisbane to meet with Aish?
I wonder if the crows have a meeting planned with him while they are up here and Pickering pushed the article as foreplay to the meeting to help his bargaining position.
