I would take G.Ablett Jnr for 700k a year. But prefer Treloar.

Ablett is 31 this year, although I think he is the kind of player that could probably go on for another 4 years.
100 games at Collingwood and qualify for father son. Do it.

Barrett works in footy journalism so he has to come up with stuff. Personally I believe we are into Treloar and we have bumped up our bid as he isn't interested.
Barrett nailed the Bombers saga and like any footy journo, not everything turns out but I'd be shocked if we aren't looking for a mid after losing Beams. Would be remiss, in fact. Obviously a forward would be nice too.

Would have to be for 1st round and someone like Witts. Other commentators don't buy the GWS ruck depth past Mumford and I tend to agree.
