Be skeptical all you like but it's coming from the club and we all know how much they love to leak. Update as at today is Kruezer is meeting Doggies tomorrow morning. Collingwood still want him. The club believes it's highly unlikely that the compo pick will be pick 2. Yarran is on the trade table but we believe we are increasing his currency by not advertising it. SOS met Carlisle's management last week and he's happy to come. Essendon are asking for Docherty as a swap plus a late pick. McKay told Essendon we will walk Jake to the PSD.

Problem with that is that the AFL had indicated previously that we wouldn't find out about compo until after he had signed elsewhere. Trigg had a big blue with Gil about it last week.
This is where we need Trigg's negotiating skills to come in handy as how can you plan for the future when you are flying blind like that, we need to know what band the compensation will be.

Its reached a point of no return I'm afraid for Kreuzer. The club has really hung him out to dry, the loyalty he has shown to the club hasn't been reciprocated, even if the club increases its offer I suspect Kruezer will walk (and honestly you can't blame him if he does)

As stated by many he has had a contract on the table for quite some time. He has every right to explore free agency as it was brought in for reasons such as this.
The ball is and by the sounds always been in his court. The club has offered him X amount of coins and time for his services, if he doesn't like it his manager will do what he is doing. Explore free agency.
There needs to be constant dialogue, kreuz would be able to see the situation for what it is. Hope he stays.
Some posters on here said that he had agreed to a 2 year contract and then changed his mind when other clubs offered lengthier contracts. Nothing official had been reported.
and you know this how? really the only people who know the truth are Kreuzer/his agent and the club
on face value we have always been loyal to him and vice-versa - we don't owe it to him or any other player to pay way over the odds to keep him.
