I was thinking about this last night. The last couple of times we have done Brad Scott week properly we have lost. We didn't really do it this time and won.

"I understand the frustration of supporters and particularly our supporters, and West Coast supporters when it didn't go their way.
"Our game is the hardest game in the world to umpire, sometimes they go your way, sometimes they don't.
"It's frustrating but we never sit back and say, ‘Umpires cost us the game’, because that would be unfair on them and unfair on West Coast and it wouldn't be true."
This is all true. However behind all those words he is thinking the complete opposite.
That's what gracious in defeat is all about. Nobody likes losing, but putting aside feelings of anger and disappointment to pay respect to the victor is true sportsmanship.
Have we all just missed the mighty dig in his presser?
