Just as night goes to day, NTRabbit won't like our draftees.

Maybe Milera will turn out fine, I'm just saying his highlights packages clearly indicate kicking is not one of his strengths, which is disappointing given where the game is currently at.

I fail to see how anyone could be questioned for being less than pleased with what happened to our second pick, it's really hard to grasp any positives out of a massively left field selection, that we spent a great deal on, when he has such a thin profile.

We've already seen "popular" players in phantom that many wanted us to draft at #13 drfit into the late 30's early 40's .......so many of you were wrong on these players ...could it be that you're wrong on Doedee?

I was living in Sydney when the Southern Expressway was launched to great fanfare and endless bollocks from the Premier that it was a "world first".

I was more stating it does seem to be a trend, especially for players that have been rated very highly. It almost seems that you do go out of your way to try to be.

That said, you have every right to be disappointed with that second pick. It's very left field.

At 187cm, maybe they think they can turn him into the midfielder we so desperately need?

Good point. With only 3 seasons of footy under his belt and so little exposed form, it's possible even he doesn't know his best position at this stage. I know he's listed as a halfback flanker, but so was Dangerfield when we recruited him.

Maybe our recruiting team have seen some attribute in his performances this year that made them think he could make the step into midfield - because I agree with the sentiment that we are pretty well stocked for 6'2 quick halfback flankers.

Likely a reason is the Crows were hoping for one of the ones who went before our picks hence needing pick 13.
