Well an update I am still alive for now cancer keeps spreading and growing bigger got in my hip, pelvis and rib bone and spine. Hate to say it things are not looking good, not even having chemo as it is not helping will not give up

I followed your posts in this thread with interest. Chin up, you come across as inspirational

Does anyone know what happened to Sir G? He hasn't posted here for 6 months so that's a concern.

I had esophageal cancer last year. Cancer free at the moment.

I've got some sad news, people.

Sir G passed away on July 13 last year. I've been able to trace his details. tigerhawk can confirm, it appears he was a stalwart at Mayne Football Club in Brisbane.
