I did consider this, I just thought BenKen is a must have cash flow wise & Danger is a must have & Rocky & Barlow are spudding it up so that's the way I went lol, yes I'm a keeper less for my side but hopefully in the long run, it'll even out

Just read over your options again and I'd be pretty happy with #3 as you've got it. I just traded rocky out for hall, I think rocky has to go and potentially not return!
I'm not rushing to put JJ in, probably a mistake but everyman and his dog has him and I'm happy to take the punt that it won't hurt me much.
Gray is a gun, I'd happily have him in for rocky but I didn't have the cash. Really wanted to bring Ward in as a pod with a high ceiling.
Papley is a must have for mine. If it's got to be Gresham that goes, then so be it.

You don't need to trade for the sake of trading, stick with just the first trade if you have no legitimate reason or inclination to make a second trade.
I also have Shiel and there is no way I'm trading him out at the moment. Yes he hasn't hit the heights yet with his scoring but he is still averaging a ton. If he is the biggest of your problems then you must be in the top 5 overall.
What makes you say he hasn't peaked for the season? Did he have an interrupted pre-season?

If you are confident JJ will be a keeper, I would have no hesitation pulling the trigger on Sheridan. Would still leave you with plenty in the bank for next week too

I've had Martin for every single season he has been an AFL player except his second and have only ever traded him out once and that was in his rookie year as part of the upgrade cycle.

How much will I regret not getting Ben Kennedy in? Doesn't seem worth the trade and I'm confident I already have enough cash cows to get me through the year until Matthieson, Keays and Petracca debut later in the year.

Kennedy is not essential. I wouldn't be burning a trade just to bring him in unless it made sense with other underperforming/unavailable players.
On another note, what are your mob doing at match committee? They upgrade some scrub rookie list player and name him, meanwhile Keays is murdering the NEAFL. I don't get it. Can you help me understand?
