I tried making my own version of Nandos.

It was marinated chicken thighs in Paprika, cumin, tumeric ceyene pepper and lemon. They were fried.
Then I made a bed of salad for the thighs to rest on, lettuce, tomato, green pepper, Red Capsicum.
Added a boiled egg.
Mozerella cheese on top melted under the griller,
All on top of a Torila wrap.

Not bad.

Nah it wasn't sausage meat, I only use the 'best' - Coles 4 star beef mince. I sually add bacon, herbs, onion, garlic, BBQ sauce, Tomato saue, splash of soy, some Srichica, egg, breadcrumbs, and grated carrot and zucchini.
Wine was akin to Wolf Blass goonbag - Eaglehawk Cab/Shiraz/Merlot.
 
Lasagne.
Small salad.
San Pellegrino.
Green and Black 85% dark chocolate.
Strawberrys.
