I ask one question.
Is Damien Hardwick going to be the next Richmond premiership coach?
The answer is obvious.
maybe the next coach won't lead us to a flag either, or the one after that nor the one after that.
But we must keep trying.
Thank you and God bless.

Did you make it in far enough to see him joke about Hanneberry? FYI it was 10 seconds after he walked in.

Seriously, laughing and joking after that insipid display. **** him.
Oh yeah with our backline and mids and their forward line it would be a different result, less goals every year since the worst team since Fitzroy year,

He is taking us for a ride, I hope bennys chai latte tastes good this morning

He said with our defenders and mids and swans forward line we would be unstoppable. I thought our mids was the reason we are mostly crap ohh well lol.

To be balanced on that, he gave up on finals when we could no longer make them, then started playing a lot of youth, still the issue is with our overall style of play, lack of any great improvement in many players, inability to make timely adjustments during a game and the clubs propensity for handing out extended contracts for longer than what is in the clubs best interest.
Not sure about playing a lot of youth apart from Rioli and Short. He gave token games to kids who clearly are not ready to try and justify some terrible results. Don't believe the spin.

This......and then he promptly threw them under the bus disgusting man management

Mayyyyyyyyybeeeeeeeeeeeeee!

My glass is still half full but it's half full of VB not Little Creatures Pale Ale. :(
The season has been a massive disappointment on many levels and ended with a dismal whimper, the entire club needs a long visit to the hall of mirrors.
The shred of hope that I'm clinging to, this is purely on the premise that Damien Hardwick will be our coach in 2017, is that it may not be as bad as it seems. A turn around of fortunes is achievable.
This hope will disappear if the senior players such as Cotchin, Reiwoldt, Rance, Martin, Deledio etc make it 100% clear that they are unhappy with DH and the club. Not conjecture but confirmation.
A strong off season of draft, trade and retention (in body and mind) will strengthen my belief.
If, and I acknowledge that these are a big if, the club stays strong, united and stable ;) and we strengthen the list plus get back to full fitness most of the following in Deledio, McIntosh, C Ellis, Yarran, Lennon, Morris, Griffiths and Conca plus a return to something close to their best by Cotchin, Miles, Vlaustin, Houli, Edwards, B Ellis, Vickery if he stays and the expected improvement of Rioli, Markov, Drummond, Chol, Menadue, Elton, Short etc then there is still a glimmer of hope that the club DOES know what it's doing.

If the club or Damien decide that this is it and he is not our coach next season then I will thank him for his efforts, acknowledge the winning seasons and the improvements that I feel we have made and throw my full support behind the new coach.

However, if Damien remains coach and we do have a solid off season, have a mostly fit list and find ourselves 2-4 again...well, I will become This Is TigerImposter Tigerbob Goldust I Rock Groupie_ Anfield.
I Will Turn.

On field leadership is a real issue as well. I don't think is can be understated how much we have missed Ivvy this year.

Yeah I get that but we had hammer out there imposing himself
