The second WBBL season has already gotten underway today. With a few extra matches to be broadcast on Channel 10 this time around (including two today and two tomorrow), might be a good chance to get some discussion about the women's game going.
With all teams playing each other twice, it makes for a much longer schedule than the men's, so plenty of action to check out considering the 47 non-televised matches can also be watched for free on CA's website and app, as well on the WBBL's facebook page.
Here's a list of matches that Ten will be showing according to their website:
Saturday 10 December, Adelaide Strikers vs Melbourne Renegades, 1330 on TEN and TEN HD
Saturday 10 December, Sydney Thunder vs Melbourne Stars, 1800 on TEN and TEN HD
Sunday 11 December, Perth Scorchers vs Hobart Hurricanes, 1030 on TEN and TEN HD
Sunday 11 December, Sydney Sixers vs Brisbane Heat, 1400 on TEN and TEN HD
Saturday 31 December, Adelaide Strikers vs Perth Scorchers, 1400 on TEN and TEN HD
Sunday 1 January, Melbourne Stars vs Melbourne Renegades, 1400 on TEN and TEN HD

Hobart managed to chase down Perth's fairly typical total of 119 with six balls to spare in the tournament opener earlier, while the reigning champs Sydney Thunder kick off their campaign tonight. Looking forward to hopefully seeing some good competitive T20 cricket with a nice blend of local and international talent!
