Love it when some of you feign concern over James Hird's health - We have the J34 group of which Bruce Francis is loosely affiliated - And which has tacit approval of the Hird's - After all Hird's lawyer, Steven Amendola was a guest speaker at the J34 lecture in November 2016 - Do you think Amendola would have spoken at this conference without the approval of Hird - The J34 group will continue beavering away in the background - Who knows how much success they will achieve.

How long does it take to find at least one skerrick of evidence to prove they took something other than TB4? Or at the very least, find some evidence to counter the strong case that they did?

How long do these guys need to beaver around for?

Or, as per the norm, are they just focusing on technicalities and loopholes as opposed to what the players actually took?

The have put objectivity aside and barracked for their hero. Unfortunately, if the golden boy they worshipped turned out to be less than perfect, the worshippers had a choice; accept the error and realise that the price needs to be paid, or turn a blind eye and amp up the worship level to full foam.

Sadly, the first option is a loss of face, and people who lack the ability to accept that they made a mistake and move on will continue to dig themselves into a position where they will be looked upon as idiots while they continue to peddle crazy possibilities.

Even Lance Armstrong understood that lies and denials were going to hurt him more than admitting that he cheated.

I suggest you read the CAS report if you want "at least one skerrick of evidence to prove" the players took PEDs.

Is a skerrick more, or less than a schintella?

In either case, the microwave wizard will take a thousand pages to produce even less proof of innocence, but all mingled with the typical former garbage of how good these blokes are so they can't possibly be cheats.

But we not suppose to know about that for another 3 weeks... don't think his publisher be very happy with him breaking his own embargo...

Interesting, his earlier book was entitled "Guilty, Bob Hawks or Kim Hughes?" So still working with the same hyperbole for a title.

Other book was self-published.

This little blurb is from Pam McMillan Publishers. I wonder if they are related to the real publisher Pan Macmillan?

The same circle jerkers have made their way to main board, quite frankly didn't think it was possible, but alas it is not really football they seek.

Bruce has been very busy. His typing finger must be worn down to the stump after this 17 pages of drivel.

Holy hell. He has dissected every paragraph and every sentence whilst showing off his stupidity and lack of understanding about the whole thing.

For christ sake, he though Smith's use of "self-medicating" was a joke at his OD. 10 secs of research will find Hird has said multiple times that he used to and still does inject himself with what the players were injected with.

Wow, just wow. How does this *stick earn money?

You have a limited understanding of the issues - It's not just about what the players may or may not have been administered - It's looking at issues such as political interference by two governments, workings of ASADA, role of the AFL,etc.

Who is suggesting he is earning any money? In pre internet days this would be known as vanity publishing

A qualified psych might actually diagnose it differently. Somewhat more along the same lines of how the diagnose the excessive rants of the 911 conspiracy theorists and holocost deniers.

Root cause. None of those things you listed caused this. EFC did.
EFC people aren't happy with AFL/ASADA because they didn't get the outcome they wanted. Much easier to focus on that than admit your club failed so badly and then continued to act so poorly for years after.
