Serious, how long will Houston last when players come back?
Stewart is rated 60% for best 22 only, Parfitt wont get many.

People need to think beyound first round with rookies.

I'm bullish on Houston. I think Ken will reward form and Houston is playing well enough to keep his spot. TBH, I cant see Impey or Krak being walk up starts if Houston keeps his form up.

Houston also has the advantage of being able to play anywhere.

As for Pittard, we will see, but tbh cant see it happening. Houston keeps his spot if form warrants it. He has looked as if he wants it more than Krak/Impey/Amon etc.

Butler, prepare for the od 30 LOL. Some Tigers don't have him best 22 IIRC after reading their board. I have Cam McCarthy who could score the same but has better JS IMO as a key forward (albiet a shit one) he should out score Butler quite comfortably.
Florent I don't have.
What about Durdin too and Kane Turner Overdrive?

If the back rookies don't come through when teams are named then downgrade either Rocky or Gawn for a better back. Overall a Fairly solid team imo.

not anti Gawnstein, just think its a lot to be paying for rucks, when there are cheaper options who will score just below or the same.

not sure on rookies either tbh. there are a few, but think you need a balance between the 2.

FWIW, ive spent 627k on my 3 rucks, while Gawn is 645k. Its all about what you do with the money left over. While Gawn's start to the year is bloody amazing for SC, I just cant fit in Gawn and be sure of the rookies I'm selecting both on field and on the pine.

But Gawn gets those huge 170's which if vc'd can be the game changer.

Just remember to last year, 2 players named Tom Papley & Mitch McGovern were named round 1, nobody knew much about them or how strong their JS was. I bit the bullet & went them both on my fwd bench.

They both got too 300k & bobs my uncle. It's not all doom & gloom

I hope Impey gets his act together, I know he had a rough off season but this could be a break out season for him. I'm a big fan of his potential.
