I know! The total focus was on Lloyd Rayney and barely any of these details were reported in the press. Dixie Marshall (ch9 news) was a friend of Corryn and she focussed on the husband angle to the point of obsession.

Sounds really suspicious doesn't it. Planned. Revenge on Mr Rayney via kiilling his wife? Organised hit by Mr Rayney? Hit not involving Mr Rayney and Corryn got involved with something or someone she shouldn't? So many variables."
In 2009, Mr Casilli said he travelled to New South Wales to interview Lacco.
The court was told a search of his home found a map of Kings Park, a diagram of the layout of the Supreme Court, where Mrs Rayney worked, and page torn out of a calendar from August 2007.
Mr Casilli said when asked about the items, Lacco told him he "had an interest" in the Supreme Court building and had once worked at Kings Park."
How could Rayney, in light of this be the ONLY suspect? Has there been any investigation into the history of Rayney prosecuting either of these two, Lacco and Eades or any of their associates?

I think Shelly is talking about Rayney... and we are only hearing a good chunk of this now, after he was acquitted and is suing everyone. What 'entitles' us? What information are we missing out on? It will all come out eventually. The basis of many trials is a free and open showing of evidence and defence. To pre-empt any of that before trial is silly.

Crikies! Little wonder the judge a tad upset."

Man in investigation sells drugs in area of Corryn line dancing centre.
What bloody palaver!
Ask Pete TownsendHope we don't see Lloyd Rayney type deal shenanigans at BRE's trial. Pearson, Rayney's phone tap man aside from being investigated over dexi sales also had child pr0n in his computer. He wasn't charged with possession of said child pornography "..... because the defence he provided was plausible and it was considered the prospect of a conviction was 'very slim'." There's a defence for possession of child pornography, who knew?

Anything to convict their man. This is just mind boggling. Sell dex? Sure, we will sweep that under the carpet. Kiddie pr0n? No worries, we will turn the other cheek, as long as you testify against Rayney.Hope we don't see Lloyd Rayney type deal shenanigans at BRE's trial. There are several. Most commonly it's that the said images are found only as deleted files and the person comes up with some reason such as someone sent them to him, and when he opened them and saw what they were he deleted them immediately. Or that they are from a website he visited, and says he closed as soon as he saw what was there. Probably bullshit, but prove otherwise. There's a defence for possession of child pornography, who knew?

Im sure I read that Julie Cutlers car seat had been removed? Maybe this was to prevent the vehicle floating? I doubt the seat would have made its way out the window. Someone with some knowledge of vehicles. Ex surf club. Robyn Paton SANTEN was ex clubby. Someone was a clubby? Used to driving in sand?
Obviously, the car being tossed around in the surf dented the vehicle up considerably. Just bobbing up and down would have flattened. It was winter solstice. In the thick of it.
No doubt when the car went down the ramp, it would have hit the water and all the lights come as the electrics earthed. It would be interesting to see if the tyres had been deflated and the vehicle drive into the surf via the surf club ramp.
Cigarette butts in the ash tray. Julies uniform left at Kings kebab cafe. Kings park Rayney. What next.
It would be cool to see the vehicle report.
Most back seats are on clips, not bolted in. I've seen people pop those things out in a couple of manouvres with a knee in the middle, it would have dislodged with the first good belt to the side and the back window broken first decent thump on the roof, seat floats straight out that big back window.
I don't think the seat floated out the back window. I'm betting the seat is bigger than the window itself. Maybe someone wanted access from the boot to the back seat and removed it prior? Id say they wanted the car sink out of sight into the depths during winter. The vehicle was then discovered 2 days later?
Need to see exactly which what where or the topic just rolls into a continuum of speculation.
I doubt a back seat clips down. In the event of an accident, it would be disastrous as the seat went flying in the car. More so if there is no rear seat belts.
