I think I missed a trick here. I went a double checked and technically he's not eligible because he's too old (was 22 at the start of the year, the cut-off is 21). But his birthday is so late in the year (7th of Dec), he effectively missed the criteria by less than a month. Should have just put him in the BYB group.
