Weitering for me. Lever is good, but he ain't as good as Weitering.
Will lever ever be a genuine kpf tho?
Weitering is already built and looks like he could take a monster forward as well as provide offensively. Lever on the other seems like he is capable of going with the 190cm talls but not with the big dawgs.

I must be missing something here, Lever for me
Lever only because he has more runs on the board.
I thought Lever looked bigger, and more capable of holding down a KPF. Could be wrong, but Weitering wasn't exactly holding his weight as a forward - was being pushed off of the ball easily. Not to say he won't be a strong player, but at present I think Lever is stronger, and looks more capable of holding off a KPF. That is my observation - and I know Weitering is still only a young kid - but I would also take Lever ahead of Weitering if I had a pick right now. Lever is no joke. He moves exceptionally well. I wouldn't be surprised if he couldn't also replicate his promise as a midfielder, he is a real talent.

Weitering is going to become a once in a generation kind of player.
Weitering has more talent/tools, but Lever looks better at moment playing in a better team. Switch teams on them and Weitering would look like a superstar right now, while Lever would be struggling playing out of position as a forward.

Your comment below was your opinion. It wasnt a fact. Unless you put it into practice you dont know how that ends up. Frawley was a stand out AA defender in a pi55 weak Melbourne side and goes to Hawthorn and is run of the mill defender. Sometimes in a weak team talent stands out more and is over rated.
So you just skipped over part where discussed fact playing out of position as a forward, which is difficult in a poor team. I'm sure lever would kick 50 goals though for Carlton if he was up forward....
Are you purposely being obnoxious? The roles they are asked to play directly impacts on who's playing better football.
Can't judge Wieterings ability on playing as forward, when everyone knows his natural role is HB.
