Hey guys, would appreciate some help... Need the Doch, have 11 trades left.

DEF: Adams, Laird, Lloyd, Shaw, Newman, Hibberd (Hibberd,Scharenberg)
MID: Danger, Bont, Oliver, Murphy, Yeo, kelly, Dalhaus, Greenwood (S.Selwood, Berry, Barrett)
RUC: Sandi, Jacobs (Strndica)
FWD: Macrae, Frankling, Nank, Greene, Higgins, Heeney (Butler, Parsons)

Option 1:
Barrett > Witherden
Shaw > Docherty
Option 2:
Barrett > Witherden
Selwood > JPK
Option 3:
hold.
 
9 trades and $15k.

Thinking double downgrade
Stewart>Witherden
Hannan>Brennan Cox

Leaves me with $425k for the following week... Which will be Sandi>Gawn and Greenwood>Selwood (or something like that) thoughts?

Am I mad for thinking of trading Jelwood to another Mid premo, then bringing Jelwood back in in two weeks when he is around 450k or less? My thinking is that then I'd need only one trade (being Greenwood) to bring him in rather then use two in a couple of weeks to bring in my last mid premo.

Either that or it'll be Roughead and Myers to Greene and Witherden.

- maybe Bontempelli. Great price but thing is that 35% of SCers have him.
- maybe Z Merrett. Expensive but such a dreamy run home for the Dons [Bris(H)/Coll/StK/NM/WB/Carl/Adel(H)/GC/Fre(H)]
- maybe Mumford/Goldstein (by swinging Wallis into mids, Ryder into forwards) - added bonus of opening up Strandica R/F link with Ryder, opening up M/F link with Wallis

Bont > Zerrett IMO

Bont could go 120+ from here and outscore Zerrett. All for $80k less.

Bont also has a dreamy run.

WC(H) (Averages 116 vs WC)
Adel (Averages 115 vs Adelaide. 149 last time they played. Only two games at AO but scored 129 and 109)
Carl (Struggles against Carlton, so could be due to go big!)
GC (Played once at Cazaly for 142)
Ess (Hasn't played them much. 102 last year, and 121 in 2015 in his last two matches.)
Bris (112 vs Bris at the Gabba this year. Now gets them at home)
GWS(H) (141 at Spotless this year. Averages 110 vs GWS. Home game)
Port(H) (Hasn't played PA for over a year, but scored 127 at AO)
Haw (2 games for 67 and 59. Surely wouldn't repeat that!)

I'm likely to grab Bont this week to complete my midfield.

Yeah, needed a cup of tea, a Bex and a good lie down myself.
Tough and open honesty session planned with the boys, we're not hitting the KPI's :(
Not sure if like that every year, haven't looked at it before, but the leaders have put a real gap on the field and the top teams seem to be remarkably stable, seems to be the same names up there at a glance.

Hey guys,

I have McInnes gathering dust on my DEF bench... what are the chances we'll see him back in the Eagles side?

Is it a waste of a trade/pointless to use a trade & go to Witherden?

My other defensive bench is Hibberd who is finally playing so at least it gives me some cover.

I like option 1. Brings in the #1 defender now. Shaw is probably more likely to stink it up than Greenwood. And you have trades left to maybe do Berry + S Selwood ($678k) to JPK + rookie next week and still have Greenwood at M9?

mmm not really worth a burnt trade. if you have trades to burn then go for it but otherwise no point especially since he's been named to play this week


sorry my bad didnt the 13 trades left part. IStill would look to use trades elsewhere

Yep I'd go Stewart to Witherden and SSelwood to the best MID you like, Pendlebury or Neale
