If Buckley is let go, it's an ommission of fault on McGuire's decision to let go of Malthouse. I believe McGuire is too full of self-pride.

If they weren't they probably wouldn't comment publicly at all or if door stopped they'd say something like "that decision lies with the board at seasons end and I'm behind him" IMV a comment like that is a fair way off what JDG and Pendles said

Im not so sure about it. He should have been sacked 2 or 3 years ago and was given extensions for no reason other than being Nathan Buckley. The right call was to delay the succession plan to begin with and that was stuffed up as well courtesy of some bs contract and the name Nathan Buckley.

They are planning a small, private ceremony without much fuss. We are all hoping any children dont inherit Reid's calves.

Pendles, Treloar, Adams, Fasolo & Grundy have also come out recently and backed Bucks... & I think it was all genuine.

Maybe theres more under the surface, or maybe all the love in the world wont change our fortunes, but our list and player development are the two big issues for me... its the club's job to identify who or what is responsible for that, and how best to rectify it.
