I can't dispute Constable being that high. Hasn't played a bad game all year. Only issue is his lack of pace and endurance with endurance not even that bad

Joel garner sounds exactly like the type of halfback we have been looking for.

Provided we keep our first rounder, is he worth our first pick (8-12ish)?

Garner has had and up and down season, his best is top 10 Worthy and his worst would see him in the 20-30 range. He can play anywhere so he isn't a pure defender at all. Very similar to Hodge. Both left footers, good marks overhead and great leaders. Id rather a pure inside mid at our first but I wouldn't complain if we took him.

Experts have him from 8-25 so he could go anywhere atm. Eastern look set to play finals so a good showing there could guarantee him a top 20 selection

Eastern Ranges could have 5 players go in the top 20 this year. Trent Mynott is another Eastern player high on clubs radars. 185cm 73 kg inside/outside midfielder who can kick goals. An October birth so he still has plenty of growth left with his old man apparently a pretty big unit.

Mynott has played 4 games for Eastern his stats are
Game 1 18 Disposals, 1 Goal, 4 Tackles
Game 2 30 Disposals, 2 Goals, 7 Tackles
Game 3 31 Disposals, 1 Goal, 7 tackles
Game 4 27 Disposals, 1 Goal, 2 Tackles

He averages 26 Touches a game and has 5 goals for the year equal to Cerra who also averages 26 Touches and has kicked 5 goals. Both from 4 games yet one is rated maybe top 3 with Mynott hardly talked about.

He has been in the bests for all of those games. His game against SA for Metro he had 18 Toucches and 9 tackles.

Along with Jackson Ross, Dylan Moore, Tom North and Ryley Stoddart that's 9 players Eastern could have drafted this year.

Fogarty issue is the same as Aaron Francis' problem

For me I pick on talent and he has an incredible amount of talent. Rayner is a player that hasn't got a great fitness base and he hasn't dominated in the midfield either. I think Fogarty will be fine its been confirmed that the tape on his knee wasn't just for show he has a knee issue and he may not play until late in the year and safe to say if he played fully fit he would have looked alot better.

Everyone from Cal Twomey to Mick Ablett who get more info on players than we ever could still have him as a top 5 prospect despite his poor form in the champs. I still think he will become a midfielder but at worse he becomes a Stringer type forward which in a supposed shallow draft a Stringer type is still a top 10 prospect

He was the perfect build in that video as a 17 year old. Not sure if it was just the knee effecting his mobility or also if he's grown to an awkward size as well.

His mobility early in the year was also fine. Watching him before the Carlton and Essendon game his agility was unreal eth-dog will back me up on this since he was there

Gee love the way this kid moves. Took awhile to guess that his right is his preferred foot. Keeps the ball out of harms way in traffic beautifully. Not sure of the long term assessment but he's exactly the type we need.

It's not often you see players his size move like that and the ones that do lack that contested side or elite kicking. The fact that he hasn't 100% shown he can play midfield full time is irrelevant to me. Some of the best players in the comp are unique. Both Fyfe and Dangerfield played as forwards as 18s and rarely if ever played in the midfield.

He is what we need, loves the in and under stuff and has great hands.

Later on in the draft the guy I hope falls to our second round pick is Riley Stoddart. Think he has the potential to be a fantastic winger, good size with great kicking skills and a tank.

Constable is another Jobe, slick by hand and can win his own footy. Slow just like Jobe but id say Constable is a longer and better kick.

Essendon
Adrian Dodoro has been at Essendon so long it's almost hard to remember the club without him. The club's list and recruiting manager was there for the Kevin Sheedy days, and has also overseen the playing group for the four coaches who have been at the helm since Sheedy departed at the end of 2007. It's a small team at Essendon, though, with Dodoro one of four full-time recruiters. Richmond premiership player Merv Keane has notched 10 years as the Bombers' senior recruiter, while former Essendon and Fremantle player Rob Forster-Knight is another recruiting officer, using his sports science background to focus on the analytics side. Bryce Lewis departed North Melbourne as its recruiting manager after last year's draft and is now the Bombers' pro scout. The Bombers added Georgia Harvey to their department 12 months ago to sort through the administrative side of contracts. Outside of Victoria, the club has one part-timer in all other states, while former recruiting manager Noel Judkins is based in Cairns but is used as a 'video specialist', poring over game tapes and vision to provide his thoughts.
