In no way can he be compared to Cyril in terms of the impact he has had on the game but his stats are tracking very well and still has room to improve.

Similar sort of player in that they both can have an influence in different parts of the ground and both enjoy the defensive part of the game as much as kicking a goal.

Based on raw numbers Walla is actually more of an attacking threat and he has played a lot of games at half back.

The biggest difference between the two is at the same age Rioli was in his 6th season with over 100 games under his belt, Walla is in his 2nd and has only just notched up 40 games.

Just absolutely love this player, Tippa has an outsize heart bigger than Phar Lap all 3 goals were spectacular first 2 willed across the line , imposes himself on the contest with ferocious tackling, wizardry, gut running , speed and footy smarts supreme in his ability to ALWAYS make the correct decision and hit a target ...BJ Goddard please take note, a number of your costly turnovers yesterday almost cost us another win!

Goddard use to be one of the best kicks in the league and now I have to close my eyes when he pulls the trigger.
