Credit where credit is due...

As head of the fitness department, he has to be applauded for our lack of soft tissue injuries this year...unbelievable run really.
Not being able to over-run the Weagles - or taking a different career path mid season - well that's another issue.

Saunders is one of the best in the business. Spearheaded 'kangatech' and it will become a game changer in the physio and injury prevention game.

Just ask jonathon brown and fev what they think of saunders. Fev would visit him during the week to help with his groin issues. Swears by him and both he and brown would fly down from brisbane to get work done by him.

Believes in injury prevention first and foremost so the team does a lot of core exercises. Sometimes 40+ mins extra a session just on that. He believes it helps the young recruits because they are often tasked with putting on size really quickly and it leaves them at an increased risk of injury.

For 3 years had North well below the next team in the comp for soft tissue injuries. The only real injuries North suffered during those times were collision (shoulder) or foot injuries. You only have to see his work with tarrant to understand how good he is at his job. Tarrant was cooked and on the verge of retiring a few years ago. Yes there are some anomolies (garner) but no one is perfect and most of those hamstring injuries came about by tryig to change his running style (similar to what hawthorn had to do with cyril.

TLDR: Burgess and Saunders are not only the best in the AFL but also in the top tier internationally. Spewing he's gone but his work with kangatech will keep North financially secure without pokies for years to come. Good luck. No one likes to see players injured.

Yeah that's all very good but does he bring with him an endorsement from Kosmodisk?

Didn't think so.

Also bring back that ear destroying intro.

The website is killer.

"After several weeks of using KOSMODISK, players reported a reduction in back pain and no ill side effects. The KOSMODISK ACTIVE has proven to be a simple to use, effective solution for back pain. We look forward to continued use of KOSMODISK products in the development of our players."

Yeah granted but Ben Brown is a freaking behemoth. I thought Logan Austin was a decent size and BB could have worn him as a scarf.

Absolute pseudoscience drivel

We actually did overrun the Eagles, we just couldn't put it on the scoreboard due to a combination of skill and tactical deficiencies.

Yep. Seems to me we rolled the dice on outrunning them in the second half. Westhoff starts back in the role that Trengove would otherwise play, then we move him up the ground once fatigue sets in for WC's veterans. The second half of the plan worked but couldn't make up the damage for the first quarter due to our subpar skills and decision making.

"Ya reckon we should start recording again seeing I didn't say our sponsors name right in the first 3 seconds of the video?"

"Nah, lets just keep at it boiz - I've got a meeting with MyATM at 3:30"

Even early we usually had space on them, but dropped so many marks and turnovers helped them get out to the early lead. Fitness was nothing to do with the loss.

Hey Groin guru what can you tell us about KangaTech, and have you loaded up on their shares yet?
It's a game changer. Spoke to a few physios at a conference the other day and they said positive things. NFL and NBA teams are interested as are AFL/VFL teams. Software subscription so it be continous incoming $$$. Similar to the deal a researcher at Queensland University of Technology has. He developed a portable hamstring testing device and now PSG, liverpool and countless others have it = he has money incoming constantly as does the uni because he developed it while working there. Same agreement with saunders and North.
