Collingwood midfielder Adam Treloar has called Jeremy Howe’s mark of the year snub as one of the great robberies in the history of sport.

“With all due respect to Joe Daniher I actually think Brodie’s (Grundy) mark was better than his,” Treloar said in reference to the Magpie’s ruckman MCG screamer.

I don't know which meltdown has been better over a completely inconsequential award - McGrath's rising star or Danihers MOTY?

Guess it goes to show how desperate Collingwood and Hawks are to have any type of recognition after lackluster seasons

Grundy's mark was the best. Going back with the flight, there's a genuine pack, perches right on top of Charlie Dixon, takes it cleanly overhead. Super difficult grab. Weird that everyone's going on about Howe getting robbed and not Grundy, reckon reputation plays a role. It's not like Howe's mark is one of the all time greats or anything.

Don't know why people are whinging Howe takes those type of marks nearly every week. also Daniher was stiff not to win it last year and Walla's goal is better then Daniel Rioli's.
