It really seems like a two horse race between the crouch boys ATM with matt leading.
M Crouch going to captain us from which Victorian team after we're raided for him too in a couple of years?
Will forever be uneasy with Tex in charge. Please make Rory Captain before he leaves.

I like Sauce as a leader but few rucks captain clubs, and Matt Crouch needs a couple of years yet.

Seriously people Greenwood? Keath? They are flat out being players ATM. Both too old already to be groomed as next captain.
At this stage I'm going with M. Crouch. Reckon its more like 4 years away anyway.

Is Matt a captain? The job is a big PR role as well nowadays. I love him, but wouldn't give him the role for 3-4 years at least.
Just throwing it out there, but if Tex is around for 4 more years - or Rory takes it for a couple, then if he plays as well as I hope, it might be worth recalling that Gallucci was Vic metro co-captain.
Of course he needs to break into the team first, play 100 games or so and become a dominant player in his position... but you know, once those trifles are out of the way!
