The Crichton Medal is determined by weekly votes from 6 coaches: Worsfold, Neeld, Harding, Harvey, Skipworth and Mckenna. Each coach gives each player votes, up to 5, for a maximum of 30 votes per player per game (and the winner is the bloke who gets the most by the end.. "duh").
