Another fitting reward for his 2017. On form I'd have him ahead of Mackie and offering a better defensive option than Oxley. Hopefully we haven't missed the chance of listing him by not doing so last year.

In the draft Ben Paton is one to keep an eye on. Back pocket/half back. Top 10 in the sprint at the combine. Can defend too. Has played with our VFL side as the 23rd man. Should be there at 36 and might be at 54, although less likely after his combine testing.

Think it's only if he doesn't play VFL games.. Because he already signed with the Pies so it's a base home.

Brody Michoek had Echuca United as his base if he got dropped from Port Melbourne last year and that never happened, and I don't see Hore getting dropped.
