Why does Adelaide feel the need to comment on Lever's move? When a player leaves your club, there is nothing to be said. There is no point damaging the relationship further, in fact it pays to have allies at other clubs.

Think you'll find the Vic media and Port trolls like Kane Cornes and Rucci are the ones creating all the public fapping. Club has been very quiet despite all the lies and bullshit being said by the media.

And maybe buffoons shouldn’t be captain.

Here’s an idea: Tex and the Crows don’t like players leaving, so why not give the captaincy to Rory Sloane as he careers towards free agency at the end of next season.

Might help convince Sloane to stay. That is if he’s planning to leave.

No that's not how market value works. He was worth less to us than the market was willing to pay. If the market is willing to pay him 8-900k that's his market value. A player of that value is worth 2 first round picks every day of the week.

Fine for everyone to take potshots at him, no one has mentioned how he was complimentary to lever in the interview in regards to his preparation and dedication. I don't know about you but id want my captain or any other players to be disappointed if a young quality player wanted to leave. Triple M Adelaide just retweeted Mrs Fages' tweet clarifying that yes Rory's appendix actually had left to return to Victoria but Big Taylor Texan Texas Ohio Walker Iron Fist Captain Adelaide Avenger was still welcoming said appendix to the Malcom Ceremony and because it wasn't for money so all good and anything reported otherwise is just hearsay.
