Is it just me or should contracts take like 5 minutes?

It really is just money x years. Haggle until agree.

Couple of lattes later we either have a signing or one less player.

Sometimes I think clubs and players make it a lot more difficult than it needs to be.

Like 4 weeks ago we got like 4 contracts done in a week.

Which makes me worry Sloane is a goner. Takes 5 seconds to tweet out allegiance to the club.

It is just you. There is a LOT more to contracts than money and years. Clauses, triggers, legal jargon etc...

They used to be easy before player managers got involved. Jason Akermanis always handled his own contracts, the last person to do so I guess.

This is exactly why people dont come out and say what they have heard. Because people just jump down there throats.
If u remember I spoke about it before anything happened even stated he was here for a medical before it was public knowledge. But hey why not just shoot the messanger..
