If we can build some stands so a decent crowd can come and watch VFL games there even better. Selling Windy Hill to a seedy property developer would probably net us enough cash for a boutique stadium for playing VFL, AFLW and scrub tier AFL sides. Then lobby the state government to build a train station right next door as part of the airport rail link.
