Yeah. The overseas jockey had a fall earlier. I backed his horse. Will be a miracle story if he wins.

Also backed Amilie's Star. Jockey is wearing the North home jumper.

First Cup winner I've picked since Kingston Rule in 1990(??).
Really liked Rekindling. Down in the weights, inside draw and recently came second to the worlds best stayer Order of St.George. Done ok, made around $500 on various exotic bets (% of trifecta, exacta, doubles etc). Got 3 legs of the quaddie...damn.

5 out of 10. Must be some kind of cup day record!!!!

My Cup day history is abysmal. 5 winners on Derby day and 1.2k up takes the sting out though. Think I'll look on Oaks day and load up again on the last day.
