Not sure if Zero Hanger are completely accurate though. Harry Dear, for example, is contracted to the end of 2018 (http://www.afc.com.au/player-profile/harry-dear), not this year (as they have it).

Zero Hanger also has Jarman sign till 2018 when he is a rookie on a 1 year contract.
As for Harry Dear made that mistake early reading Zero hanger since then I use footy wire.

These won't be the last players delisted. The AFC normally does 2 rounds - one before trade week (those who have no chance of finding a new home), and one after trade week (those they hoped to trade, but didn't get any buyers).

The article doesn't read that way. It says that his contract wasn't renewed.

As others have pointed out, his contract probably had trigger clauses for a 3rd year - but he didn't do enough to trigger the automatic extension.

Good news on Lynch if true. He's one I suspected might leave for the same reason Gibbs did considering he has two little ones.

Lynch couldn’t leave and know he will be able to perform the same in another team. We’ve got the best forward line in the comp, that’s why he can do what he does. If we didn’t they’d play the tag on him every week and/or his play wouldn’t pay off.
