Can't wait for them to get rid of the Thursday night bullshit.
Unfortunately it's not going to happen. The networks are desperate for content and anything NFL is going to rate - the fact that round 1 of the NFL Draft is in primetime shows just how much of a money making machine the NFL is.

I have to agree.
I suppose the only way it's going to change is through the players EBA that's coming up.

I've heard of a proposal that extends the season by a week and introduces a bye for the two Thursday night teams for the week prior to the game. I believe that proposal has a lot of merit.

Game of the Week is Packers @ Browns.

Are the Packers good enough with Hundley to beat them, if they are will they lie down just to keep the 2008 Lions as the only Winless team in the 16 game era?

Vikings v Panthers and Falcons v Saints look the pick of the games this week.

Detroit v Buccs looks like dog s**t. Mainly because Detroit is dog s**t and make me sad.

Actually because of the quality some networks have changed their view on TNF. and could easily cut back the number on TNF games.

You can add Eagles v Rams and Seattle v Jags to the pick of the games. This is a cracking week of games.

Only way it could go. Not the worst proposal either. Extends the season meaning more money for the league.
