Was made under the working title of "Stem".

From the makers of the SAW series but to me has a lot of Matrix (1999) about it.

Aussie made, right here in Melbourne. The cop cars are maxed out old Melbourne yellow cabs that have been given a serious "upgrade" in lights and look but thats not what the film is about. Enjoy.
