PMSL @ Germany, couldn't happen to a nicer bunch of players. Cockies bunch of players I've ever seen on a pitch.

You read that story and what you got from it was I think all women who smile at me want to bang me?

You’re reaching peak level social campaigner (I mean campaigner not the other c word)

It was about
Hot women on trains
Me being a goofball kid who couldn’t talk to girls
That you can’t define what is attractive to everyone in one definition. People find different things attractive. Which stupid me couldn’t see when I was younger.
Apologies for my shitty wording, I wasn’t really having a go at you but can see how it comes across that way.

Just feel like its something worth thinking about :)

Another unsuccessful campaign in Russia for the Germans.

LOL the only thing that would have made it better if it was played in what used to be called stalingrad.

in hindsight, probably a good thing that Italy didn't qualify either, last time we were in Russia, we lost 80,000 men

Part of the issue is cash.

My son could play Under 12s soccer, probably over $1000 a year easily.
My son plays Aussie Rules for a club at $145 a year.

Now I could possibly pay if he was keen, but how many can? And that is before you make any kind of rep teams as well.
One of the parents from my cricket club said this is the exact reason their kids now play footy and cricket. The only reason you have to charge upwards of $1000 for kids sport is to fund your senior program. Its disgraceful

Exactly. The club he was at were paying for players to come out from England to play in the seniors. A joke.

Aussie Rules and Cricket you can do all development here. Even with Basketball you've got a reasonable high level here, between local talent and those a step below the NBA who come here. There are so many soccer leagues in Europe, South America, even Asia many steps up from here players would rather go to.

I've two soccer mad nephews and it costs them a small fortune to do each year. And to continue development they've recently just come back from being overseas in Serbia training at $000's of dollars expense (at 15). I can see why many kids stop playing it.

The great irony is that getting good at soccer requires fewer resources than any other sport by a long way.
You just need a round ball and jumpers for goalposts. You can play 3 a side almost as effectively as 11 a side, even playing two on one or games like keep ups can be done alone.

I reckon the biggest problem for soccer in Australia is that it has been taken ‘seriously’ at the same time super organised ‘no fun in the playground’ sport has taken over.
It’s the perfect sport for groups of boys and girls hanging around the park to just start playing randomly, you could just join anyone’s game and it would even up with numbers as others joined (also rules like goalie stick and goalie rush meant an odd number could be alleviated) and because you aren’t hitting each other you can play with strangers without causing a fight, there are just very few kids hanging around the streets these days as they are at home playing FIFA.

I wouldn't believe a women actually wanted to bang me til I was half way in and even then it is with trepidation and the eerie feeling on the off chance that full groin on groin penetration was out of pitty.

So yeah, think of it like she probably didn't want you anyway, so harm done.

Lol male insecurities. I’ve been in a near seven year relationship and I’m still not entirely convinced she’s keen.

You may be doing it wrong.

It's like all straight males can be neatly categorised in to either "she wants me so bad bro" and "*literally any siutation* not sure if keen"

Is it commonly known Rance is a Jehovah's witness???

I sincerely hope he never needs a blood transfusion.

"Fly on the wall" question I'd like Bachar Houli to ask him: "hey Alex, if you seriously clocked someone and THEY needed a transfusion, would that be a sin?"

Yes, well I thought so when I posted a reply to Ramce’s support for Betts in the racism thing a month or so back.
I pointed out that he believes he is probably one of the 144000 or so chosen people, so it’s a little hypocritical.
Got a right rinsing by the Richmond fans, they clearly don’t know or understand.

“The group reports a worldwide membership of more than 8.45 million adherents involved in evangelism and an annual Memorial attendance of more than 20 million.”

Must be a reverse loaves and fishes thing happening with them if they all believe they are part of 144,000 :p

A girl from work is coming back for uni holidays next week, sends me a message if I need her to work when she's in town. After a few texts she lets slip 'been missing ya', and now I'm full on sweaty poomba over it.

I hope she's not fancying me, I'm in a six year relationship (first hook up the day we had the come back against North in 2012, as good a reference point as any) and a child on the way. I've never had to say no to a girl before, albeit mostly through lack of opportunity to do so.

Am I over thinking things?
