Not sure if it’s been mentioned by anyone at all but Marshall was vomiting in the rooms at half time.

Wingard was vomiting on the bench too. I wonder if we had sickness in the club this week.

Happy Neade played well, has a small chance to replace Sam Gray if Watts is replacing Marshall.

If we see out: Marshall in: Neade
I’ll be ******* filthy though.

Neade - ffs. Never in the A's again.

Sam Gray walking along out the back of Scott HQ after the game. Heavy limp and carrying a portable ultrasound machine. Not in a good frame of mind, so unlikely to play against the Saints.

Danger game this one.

Let's face it, with our history over the past couple of years EVERY game is a 'danger' game for us.

He is averaging 22 disposals a game, almost 50% of those contested and about a goal a game. Not even playing as a consistent onballer. Is probably having his best season since 2014.

15, 16 and 17 must have been utter tripe. He’s had a poor season - a weak link in the chain - and a key reason our forward line is dysfunctional.

Neade is a likeable guy but his career at AFL level with Port Adelaide should be over.

Thomas does everything Neade does and also kicks goals and wins contests.
However Thomas is getting on and we will need a replacement for him who do you suggest in the future

God if playing Gray or Neade is the difference against the Saints, we are in a world of hurt. We could play with 21 and still win his game.
For what it’s worth, I think Sam has had a great year with a couple of down games the last couple. He has been very crucial in our team and has some of the cleanest hands below the knees I have seen.

No way Gray will be dropped unless injured.
DBJ playing poorly for the Magpies is completely irrelevant.
Watts in for Marshall.

Concerned about our perceived lack of speed - just wondering if it was the impact of playing on the wider G after three games at home. Sammy G in particular was less effective on the bigger ground.

St Kilda seemed much faster today, we need to be well matched up. That's probably the only reason I'd bring DBJ back over Trengove.

Jonas if fit for Hombsch. I'd like Marshall to stay in, he looks so much better as the third tall with Dixon and Watts. But, same as last week, who goes for Watts, especially if wet.

We may see only forced changes.

Speed can be an illusion based on how teams move the ball.

We look slow IMO because we want slow ball movement to maintain our defensive structure. Even with our bigger Bulldogs win we still moved the ball slowly.

Yea look I wanted DBJ straight back in before that putrid performance today seemed like such a toys out the cot reaction, very poor he can't be rewarded with selection t'would be standards out the window.

I'll worry about that after Thomas is no longer available for selection, but if he were to miss this week, we'd probably be looking at Wingard more advanced with Trengove/Boak/SGray taking his midfield minutes. It's not ideal.

Genuinely good small forwards who can do all the defensive stuff but have good forwardcraft aren't easy to find.
