Welcome back to qooty, Warriors.

Firstly, let me congratulate Wooshette on another fantastic tenure as captain of the Warriors. My first order of business for Season 26 is to award Life Membership to Wooshy for her services to our club and announce that the leading goalkicker for the Warriors will receive the Wooshette Medal.

Since joining the Warriors in S20, Wooshy has been an EKA Medalist, Captain, Best and Fairest, Leading Goalkicker and Pwned Trophy Winner.

She has put a lot of effort in over the seasons and has dragged us along all by herself at times. There is a lot that goes on behind the scenes and Wooshy deserves a lot of credit for her time and effort over the last 6 seasons. The B&F night on Sunday was easily the best I've seen in my time - not only at the Warriors but across the league. She did that all herself.

Thank you Wooshy.

I'd also like to welcome Bet on Blue, TheInjuryFactory and CM9000 to the Warriors.

BoB is well known across the competition for his work in Werewolf. He a smooth operator and is one that I'm looking forward to playing with.

Our two rookies for this year are TIF and CM. Both are very keen to get involved, so let's make sure we extend a warm welcome and get them involved as we head into Round 1. CM has chosen the #2 guernsey and TIF number 23. Good luck to both of you.

To our returning players from last season - probably not the season we wanted. I trust though that you enjoyed the banter and camaraderie of the group and are looking forward to an improved S26. As always, I hope you get involved and have fun - which is the aim of the game.

Thanks again to Joe for being my wing man and VC. Please stop giving my business cards to the ugly ones.
