I agree with that, and perhaps am defending May too hard as I am a Suns member and watch him every week (as I've said, he's my favorite non-Carlton player) and can say categorically that he is not a dumb player.
There is something to being a nice team though. Nice teams generally don't win premierships, in any sport. So I definitely agree with that point you're making.

Ive been in the same camp all year re Lukosius. Feel mids will come over the next few years. But also love the thought of Dow, O'Brien and Walsh being similar ages and growing together. If only we got a pp at pick 2. Jackpot. Definitely won't happen though
