Freo fans, do you guys still want Jesse Hogan?

As a Dees fan, super interested in the duo of Ryan/Langdon. Would freo entertain Hogan/2nd rounder/Jeffy for those two+ Taberner?

I’m not sure they’d have all 3 in a deal, but I think Langdon might be going home anyways, so I would imagine he will definitely be apart of it. Taberner would be hard to let go of but if they’re getting Jesse back then they’d be happy with that. What about Hogan for Taberner and Langdon?

What would the WCE be willing to give us back if we traded them Marcus Adams and Jordan Roughead who can fill Natanuis hole for a year and then when hes back play few different roles albeit play them all pretty poorly. I know there has been some interest from them in English, as a dogs fan I want us to do all we can to keep him and commit to him as our ruckman for foreseeable future.

Wow that is a terrible deal for saints surely that won’t happen

Its what you need to pay. Dan contracted. Gun player. Saints offered 5 year deal. So they think he will get going again. They want swans 1st in return so they need to sweeten.
Will be a good deal if dan gets back to hes best. A gamble but it could pay off aka O'Meara

Yeah they aren't trading their first and McCartin for Hanneberry and Sydney's first.

That's garbage for St Kilda.

We will just have to wait a see... they need experience in there. Dan has that they need to pay the price dan is in a contract with the swans.
Swans have the power to say yes or no... hes contracted not uncontracted

And the Swans would jump at pick 4 for Hanneberry and their first and the Saints would be stupid to offer this let alone add in McCartin.

You always pay overs on contracted players. Otherwise the team that has the contracted player wouldnt let him go. Saints want him on a 5yrs contract they pay the cost simple.
Give me an example a contracted player gun player has gone cheap.. how much did hawkes cough up for a injured bleek future gun in omeara... pick 10 and their second. He was uncontracted. So deal struck as hawkes were in front seat.
This one swans are in front seat. Lets face it macartin in not a fist rounder no more. More like a 3rd or late second at best. He is a sweetener. They still get a pick 13 or so to pick up a good player in a good draft..

Paying pick 4 for Hanneberry and the Swans pick is paying overs.

Your trade is garbage and St Kilda won't do it.

What you forget is Hannebery maybe contracted but you have a player that has nominated you guys which is projected to go very high so you essentially want a pick prior him being nominated. So you will be desperate to to a trade for pick 4 and I’m sure the saints know it so swans have no extra power in this negotiation.
