The past week on the back of Noobz0r thread about the Swampies has got me thinking.

In the AFL each club has a captain and then a spiritual leader. I would like to invite the good and bad people of the SFA to nominate who they believe is the spiritual leader of their club. I would encourage you all to give a brief précis as to why this person is the spiritual leader. Below I have noted the actual Captain’s of each club.

KohPhi – Baghdad Bombers.

The Filth Wizard Loonerty – East Side Hawks.

Ant Bear – Sin City Swamprats.

Frankston Rover – Coney Island Warriors.

NaturalDisaster (LOL) – Fighting Furies.

Yakker – Mount Buller Demons.

fitzroybowiedog – Roys.

Hatchy1992 – Dragon's.

Cloud_ – Gold City Royals.

haydo – West Coast Wonders.

JoshWoodenSpoon – Las Vegas Bears.

Fryer Tuck – Gumbies.

Having read a lot of Noobz thread I have been extremely impressed with sportsmaniac89 defence of his club and am nominating him as the person I believe is the spiritual leader of the Swampies. At the Bombers I would nominate BEEG

The culmination of this will occur in round 16. Cloud_ has kindly supported this and it has been ratified at admin level. Those people nominated as the club spiritual leader will be made Captain of their club for the round 16 themed 'Spiritual Leader Round' fixture.



Please note any nominations for The Jesus will not be accepted.
