Confident; I’ve even given hidden clues about the source within posts[emoji51]
It’s great that McGovern is coming too.
And I’m sure PR and timing is the most important consideration for the club : note that no one from the club has commented on the mature age pick plan yet.
Jon Ralph has alluded to club positives about this though apparently as well as Shiel-Blues.
Ralph is not the source!!! Just thought I’d bring that up [emoji23]

If we get Shiel & Setterfield along with Docherty and the rest of the injured crew returning we should be aiming for a lot higher than 16th next year. So it should be pick 4-7 next year which Shiel is worth in the long runAn underager in Rowell was BOG in the TAC grand final. Like every year there will be outstanding prospects at the top of the draft next year. Don't think Shiel is worth giving that up.

you would think so... I struggle to believe Cas has any trade value... probably his best value for us is as a back up playing for the NB's incase McKay gets injured.Surely they back in what they have. Wright plays the exact same role
Tend to agree.Unless we deal with Sydney to turn two picks into one first rounder we won’t be getting MM which is no big deal. Next years first round pick for Shiel and then do something to get Setterfield. Need them both more than we do MM

Whilst MM would be great, just not sure he's worth getting all tied in knots for.
That would be the dream outcome for sureCurrent wishlist:
- Shiel and Setterfield for Pick 24 and 2019 First.
- McGovern for Pick 25 and a state league player (please be Grigg...)
- McAdam via state league selection.
- Fasolo via Free Agency.
- An early second from GC for Jones and Casboult.
- Draft Walsh at 1.
- Draft one of Duursma, Jones, Butters or Stocker with the early second.
- Rookie BSOS and/or Hickmott if we rate them.
IN: Shiel, Setterfield, McGovern, McAdam, Fasolo, Walsh, [DuurJonButtStock], Hickmott, BSOS
OUT: ASOS, Wright (ret), JGM, Shaw, O'Shea, Mullett, Graham (del), Jones, Casboult (trade)
Gil says in discussions earlier on the PP was never really on the agenda.
Bulldust!
Apparently we need bigger bodies to help us whilst our kids are young so the vfl is the answer.
We need to redraft O’Shea and Shaw and mullet because that’ll make all the difference.
No mention of Richmond getting a leg up with a free hit.
