You'd think our game vs Freo will be in Perth. We played them @ G in 2018.

And Sydney game up there, GWS game in Melbourne this time. Same with a trip to Brisbane
True. I want to play Port at the G also. And do it when we're actually good.

You'd definitely imagine double ups against Collingwood, West Coast - but also I'd say Hawthorn instead of Bulldogs
Because of the weighted rule, had to pick one club from the bottom 6.

we will play Gold Coast in Gold Coast. AFL love setting up return clashes for big name players who leave.

Our double ups will include
2 or 3 of
West Coast
Collingwood
Melbourne
Hawthorn
GWS

1 or 2 of
Geelong
Sydney
Norf
Essendon
Port
Adelaide

0 or 1 of
Bulldogs
Fremantle
Brisbane
St Kilda
GC
Carlton

LAST TIME WE DOUBLED UP
Adelaide: 2018
Brisbane: 2017
Carlton: 2017
Collingwood: 2018
Essendon: 2018
Fremantle: 2017
Geelong: 2017
GC: NEVER
GWS: 2017
Hawthorn: 2016
Melbourne: 2012
Norf: 2016
Port: 2016
St Kilda: 2018
Sydney: 2016
Western Bulldogs: 2013
West Coast: 2009

I'm hoping more than anything that we'll finally double up against GC.
I reckon the AFL will want us to play Collingwood twice to help the bottom line.
I also reckon they'll put us and Melbourne in a late season game in hope that its a top 4 clash, so there's a double up.
Have no idea about our other two, probably North as an Etihad team and GWS because why not
Due to Anzac Day scheduling, either Melbourne/Essendon or Richmond/Collingwood will need to be on Good Friday and the other on Thursday. Feel like we'll get it because they'll want to pump it up - cue Norf melts too.

So filling in the blanks, bold means home

I think our double-ups will follow a 3-1-1 or a 3-2-0 split for the 2019 season. I expect a 3-1-1 split and for those double-ups to be:

Collingwood (Top 6)
West Coast (Top 6)
Melbourne (Top 6)
Essendon (Middle 6)
Western Bulldogs (Bottom 6)

We could end up with Gold Coast as double-ups instead of Bulldogs from the bottom 6 with the whole Lynch factor, but they are likely to go with which team gave us the most trouble from the botton 6, and that team is Bulldogs.

Doubles: Collingwood WCE Melbourne Geelong Carlton

AFL would be mad not to look at doubling us up against the other 3 top 4 sides. I picked Geelong just for the saltiness that would come from Cats fans playing a home game at the MCG against us yet again. We should get the Carlton double up as its a bit weird that the only times we'd play them over a 2 season period is in Round 1 in each season.
