Great win guys. Today is a bloody working day in China but I went for a 30 minute shit and streamed the last quarter from the cubicle on my phone.

I wanted you guys to win, but as a neutral, I couldn't handle the tension. Have no idea how you guys and Collingwood fans are still alive! And how Sheed can kick that goal is amazing. Just about the best goal of all time when you really think about it.

Not even rated to make the 8 by any of the 'experts.' Tipped to be wooden spooners by Wallsy.

Lose NicNat in round 17, Gaff then Shepherd. Each time they said our season was over.

Were trailing the GF for almost all game before we surged ahead late in the last quarter.


Who said this wasn't a fairytale? Granted not on the level of the Dogs or Tiges, and it would also be a fairytale of sort if the Pies win, but it's a fairly unlikely victory when you look at it. We should always back ourselves, and this is no gimme, all credit to the club, Simmo, coaching staff, the players and everyone else, we friggin' FOUGHT for it, but it came a lot earlier than many expected, so almost feels like a bonus.

Excuse the intrusion guys, but congratulations!!!

I went along today thinking I may need to provide some support against those filthy Pies supporters. Turns out I was surplus to needs when it came to crowd noise.

Even still it was nice to live as an Eagles supporter for a day. As much as I loved Shueys game (deserved BOG), Barrass and Sheed kept you in it and played out of their skin. Usual suspects in Darling, Hurn, McGovern and Kennedy were also brilliant and stood up in important moments. The aerial dominance and foot skills were an absolute joy to watch.

Huge win and we'll deserved to win at the G. Enjoy it and party hard!!
