Season 26 Round 12

Las Vegas Bears vs West Coast Wonders
Fourth meets eighth in a match which promises to be far more entertaining than it's reverse fixture. The Wonders have come on in leaps and bounds since their early season woes and are inside the 8 for the first time in Season 26 but they come up against a Bears outfit hell-bent on reversing 2 consecutive losses and getting back into the top 3.

It was a goals-fest back in Round 1 with a season-high aggregate of 298. The Wonders conceded 30 goals and would go on to do so again in Round 2, the first occurrence in Sweet FA history, whilst the Bears had yo-yo form until 3 wins on the trot from Round 7 to 9. A number of tactical and leadership changes from the Wonders have seemingly made their mark, winning 4 of the last 5 and sitting in 8th despite one of the worst percentages in the league. The Bears meanwhile have gained a penchant for being a shootout side, with the number 1 attack and the number 11 defence.

The Bears have had a number of solid but not spectacular players this season and being the number 1 attacking team comes with high rankings for a number of players, including kane249 (#2 for marks), gym4life (#1 for Dream Team & Exie, #3 for hitouts), brahj (#1 for kicks) and Argas Tuft (#1 for handballs & disposals). The Wonders have had a number of reshuffles in the last few weeks, including Dingster coming to the club as co-captain with ShaunDuggan. haydo's form on a wing has subsequently improved whilst Cactus_ has been good value all season. Elton Johns Wig's non-selection, funnily enough, has also been a big plus.

Prediction
Bears by 22 points

88pt thumping win for the Bears in Round 1, hoping for more this week in front of a predicted massive home crowd, looking for revenge on our last two in a row disappointing losses.
Your form has deserted you, the Wonders have found there form, and dealt with its curse.

I'm sure records will be set for you guys... biggest loss in bears history, biggest loss in SFA history, most goals ever conceded, lowest score ever.

That was half a season ago, you are only as good as your last 2 losses, so it seems for the Bears.
For us we are as good as our last 3 wins.
